Home Health Director of Quality and Compliance (Registered Nurse)

The Home Health Director of Quality and Compliance position is onsite in Pittsfield, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week. Compensation is $97,000–$140,000 per year. The role leads regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff education for a home health agency. The director ensures adherence to home health regulations and promotes patient care standards through quality assurance, performance improvement, staff education, and data-informed clinical improvements. The position also supports value-based purchasing initiatives and includes an administrative on-call rotation every 6–8 weeks and coverage for 1–2 holidays per year.

What you'll do

• Lead regulatory and quality functions for the home health agency
• direct quality assurance and performance improvement programs, including utilization review, infection control, patient satisfaction, and outcome measurement
• oversee staff onboarding and continuing education
• use data analytics to evaluate clinical performance and implement evidence-based improvements
• support value-based purchasing initiatives
• participate in the administrative on-call rotation and holiday coverage.
