What you'll do

• Lead facilities projects through scope development, planning, design, estimating, bidding, execution, commissioning, and closeout
• translate operational needs into project requirements
• coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners
• manage schedules, budgets, risks, status reports, and decision packages
• oversee contractors and verify work against drawings, specifications, safety, quality, and schedule
• prepare bid sheets and evaluate proposals
• use AutoCAD for facility layouts
• manage concurrent projects and identify process improvements.
