What you'll do

• Complete HR paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records accurately
• develop and implement personnel policies and procedures
• advise on organizational policies, decision-making, strategic planning, and annual budgeting
• support communication between employees and managers on equal employment opportunity and harassment issues
• manage benefits, training, company evaluation, and compensation programs.

Why this role
