What you'll do

• Own full-stack initiatives from idea to launch
• build hiring experiences involving AI-powered sourcing, automated outreach, and recruiting integrations
• run A/B tests and use customer feedback to improve engagement, conversion, and hiring outcomes
• develop monetization and growth experiences
• architect scalable and reliable systems
• partner with product, design, and data
• contribute to code reviews, mentorship, and production-system ownership.
