What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of UNMC Residences and UNMC Campus Housing
• hire, train, direct, and lead on-site personnel
• oversee leasing, marketing, resident retention, and customer service
• support the new community opening
• maintain relationships with UNMC, residents, employees, vendors, and stakeholders
• monitor occupancy and property performance
• oversee leasing and renewals
• respond to resident concerns
• coordinate maintenance and property safety
• monitor collections, deposits, records, expenses, and budgets
• prepare and review financial and operational reports.
