What you'll do

• Analyze plans, specifications, and soil reports
• submit pre-bid RFIs
• perform material takeoffs and verify quantities
• obtain competitive quotes
• prepare bid proposals using HCSS HeavyBid
• verify bid documents
• analyze bid results
• collaborate with project managers on estimates, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
