What you'll do

• Review credential applications, records, training, assessments, and service history
• evaluate sea service, vessel tonnage, routes, training, and competency evidence
• identify missing or inconsistent information and explain corrections
• document findings and recommendations for Government review
• maintain electronic case records
• respond to applicants and authorized representatives
• meet quality and turnaround standards
• participate in peer reviews and process improvement.
