What you'll do

• Lead daily operations of a high-volume specialty coffee and espresso bar
• recruit, train, coach, and support approximately four associates
• ensure consistent beverage preparation and presentation
• oversee equipment, maintenance, and vendor relationships
• manage inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, waste, and costs
• monitor labor scheduling
• track performance and implement improvements
• build relationships with Apple leadership, guests, vendors, and community partners
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
