What you'll do
- Collaborate with business development on technical presentations and demonstrations

- support system integration, installation, and validation onsite or remotely
- troubleshoot customer issues
- train customers on products and procedures
- report customer feedback
- represent Sodern at technical events, trade shows, and webinars
- contribute to technical documentation and training materials.
