What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain cranes, forklifts, and material-handling equipment
• operate and monitor production machinery
• perform start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• adjust settings and tooling
• inspect product quality
• identify and segregate defects
• troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• load and unload materials
• maintain production and inventory records
• follow safety and PPE requirements
• maintain an organized work area
• cross-train and assist with training when required.
