What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site security procedures
• receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and urgent calls
• document incidents, service requests, dispatch activity, and communications
• respond calmly to incidents and coordinate notifications as directed
• conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, loading areas, and perimeter.
