What you'll do

• Provide clinical guidance and coaching to physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists
• oversee therapy services from admission through discharge
• support patient visits and clinical coverage when needed
• coordinate case management and care across disciplines
• oversee documentation, including OASIS as applicable
• support compliance, clinician development, coverage, and process improvement.
