What you'll do

• Lead and support dining room staff
• train, coach, and mentor servers
• evaluate training progress and identify development needs
• coordinate daily operations, seating, and service flow
• communicate with culinary and production staff
• address resident and guest concerns
• assist with special events and community celebrations
• follow safety, sanitation, and departmental procedures
• accommodate dietary needs, allergies, and special meal requests.
