What you'll do

• Work pre-qualified leads delivered to the CRM
• use an AI-powered dialer, scripts, and conversion systems
• pursue the goal of a first appointment within seven days
• attend weekly one-on-one coaching and receive a mentor at first client appointments
• train in contracts, objection handling, and negotiation
• work with listing and closing coordinators and marketing support
• use CRM systems, scripts, and AI call-feedback tools. Applicants must hold an active real estate license and have 1–5 years of experience. The program is limited to two agents per month.
