What you'll do

• Lead global sourcing, supply planning, supplier management, logistics, and inventory optimization
• partner with contract manufacturers on quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction
• drive operational improvements and cost reductions
• improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and working capital
• monitor and mitigate supply chain risks
• develop metrics, KPI dashboards, and governance processes
• collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Service, Quality, and Sales
• build and develop teams.
