What you'll do

• Conduct clinical assessments of short- and long-term disability and Life Waiver of Premium claims
• participate in multidisciplinary meetings as a clinical resource
• provide clinical recommendations on medical issues and functionality
• guide claims associates preparing for peer reviews, IMEs, or FCEs
• collaborate on claim action plans
• document claim files and communicate professionally with colleagues and resources.
