Visitor Services Coordinator — Education Center

The Visitor Services Coordinator — Education Center role is onsite in Punta Gorda, FL, at approximately 24 hours per week. The posting states pay of $15 per hour. The role also provides phone and administrative support so the Education Center can serve visitors and maintain accurate admissions and membership information.

What you'll do

• Welcome and check in visitors
• provide general information and visitor policies
• sell and process tickets, memberships, and other applicable products or services
• process payments and reconcile registers
• maintain a clean admissions area
• complete opening and closing procedures
• assist with volunteer training, assignments, and coordination
• answer and direct calls
• perform basic administrative tasks and support events and programs.
