What you'll do

• Maintain community cleanliness and curb appeal
• pick up trash and debris in breezeways, parking areas, and common spaces
• assist with apartment trash-outs and make-ready preparation
• support general repairs and community projects
• clean and maintain amenities and common areas
• monitor dumpster areas
• assist with landscaping, irrigation, and seasonal upkeep
• inspect common areas and report maintenance concerns
• inspect pool areas and assist with pool maintenance
• maintain sidewalks, walkways, parking lots, entrances, and exterior areas.

Why this role

English and Spanish communication skills, reliable transportation, and valid government-issued identification required. Pool Operator Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
