The role identifies business problems, directs AI-assisted development, and owns solutions through testing, deployment, onboarding, and support. It also builds integrations, supports employee adoption, operates within AI governance standards, and tracks usage and business impact.

What you'll do

• Work with stakeholders to identify high-value problems and define solutions
• plan and direct AI-assisted development of internal applications, automations, agents, scripts, reports, and data pipelines
• review and test solutions and own results after launch
• build and maintain integrations with SaaS platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and MCP servers
• extend Claude capabilities with connectors, skills, subagents, and project context
• document, deploy, onboard users, and provide post-launch support
• support employee AI capabilities and coaching
• follow AI governance, data classification, and access standards
• track adoption, time saved, and business impact.
