What you'll do

• Provide onsite psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for referred patients
• prepare written summaries of history, diagnosis, and treatment
• provide inpatient and behavioral health services where applicable
• support transfers to behavioral health facilities and provide court testimony when needed
• participate in Behavioral Health Unit treatment planning where applicable
• manage medications
• provide individual or group therapy as appropriate
• approve and monitor treatment plans and applicable admissions and discharges
• provide staff education and attend required training and meetings.
