Lead EPC Document Control Coordinator

What you'll do

• Lead document control activities at the project site
• manage drawings, specifications, vendor data, RFIs, submittals, field revisions, and as-built records
• distribute approved revisions and remove obsolete documents
• administer Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar systems
• track transmittals, submittals, RFIs, NCRs, and project records
• coordinate document flow with field engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives
• monitor document status for construction sequencing and commissioning
• prepare turnover packages
• generate reports and dashboards
• support audits and maintain document integrity and traceability.
