Regional Manager, Northern California (Bay Area)

The Regional Manager, Northern California (Bay Area) role is based in Daly City, CA, with regular work at local funeral homes and roughly one week per month on the road. What you'll do

• Lead and coach 10–15 Advance Funeral Planners
• build relationships with funeral home owners
• lead consumer presentations
• promote local lead generation
• use reporting to identify production opportunities
• sell alongside the team
• travel regularly across the territory, including Daly City, the South Bay, East Bay, Monterey Bay, and San Joaquin Valley.

Why this role

Requires sales leadership or management experience, business-owner relationship experience, and a current life insurance license or willingness to obtain one. Bay Area residency and comfort with regular travel are required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; Spanish fluency is a bonus.
