What you'll do

• Own email and lifecycle strategy across acquisition, nurture, re-engagement, and post-inquiry follow-up
• build campaigns and automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• manage segmentation and personalization using SQL, AMPscript, and dynamic content
• maintain deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance
• measure email contributions to lead quality, appointments, and net contracts
• lead testing and optimization
• manage and develop direct reports.
