What you'll do

• Advise clients on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
• counsel digital health companies on corporate practice of medicine and multistate regulation
• advise on reimbursement, value-based care, and accountable care organizations
• counsel on fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, health privacy, data exchange, interoperability, healthcare transactions, AI regulation, and state transaction notification requirements
• advise healthcare technology companies on security, data, and emerging technology legal issues.
