The Tool & Die Maker — First Shift role is onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI. Compensation is $28–$38 per hour. This is an 8-hour, Monday–Friday position with expected hours of 40 per week and possible overtime based on company needs. Reich Tool & Design is a family-owned tool and die manufacturer and job shop. The maker coordinates shop-floor projects and builds or repairs metal stamping dies, prototypes, jigs, and fixtures. The work supports production through tool development, tryout, debugging, tuning, inspection, and coordination with other shop functions.

What you'll do

• Study, plan, and coordinate projects
• coordinate workflow with CNC, Wire, Waterjet, and Inspection
• provide solutions and job leadership
• review job details to prevent errors
• coordinate multiple jobs
• perform part development, die tryout, debugging, and tuning
• operate tool room machines
• coordinate subcontracting and heat treating
• ensure dimensional accuracy and quality
• set up and run tryout presses and feed lines
• lead and teach support personnel
• inspect parts and products
• update CAD design changes and required documentation.
