What you'll do

• Lead campus operations and staff across functional areas
• drive enrollment, retention, completion, and graduate placement
• manage campus P&L and budget
• oversee admissions and regulatory compliance, including ACCET and Title IV
• build relationships with employers and industry partners in the San Antonio market
• partner with corporate leadership on campus goals
• evaluate performance and implement strategies to improve operations and student outcomes.
