Scheduling Coordinator

The work helps maintain continuity and reliability of care while supporting communication among caregivers, clients, families, and the Care Team.

What you'll do

• Schedule client shifts with eligible caregivers
• review care plans and service requirements before assignments
• manage open shifts, call-outs, and last-minute coverage
• communicate assignments and changes to caregivers, clients, families, and the Care Team
• maintain schedules, availability, and documentation in approved systems
• monitor Live View for attendance and service issues
• investigate late or missed clock-ins and arrange coverage as needed
• document scheduling activity
• review shift records and flag payroll, billing, or timekeeping discrepancies
• monitor hours and potential overtime
• escalate staffing and service concerns
• complete scheduling reports
• support caregiver engagement and retention.
