What you'll do

• Evaluate and diagnose spinal disorders using clinical examination and diagnostic imaging
• develop individualized surgical and nonsurgical treatment plans
• perform spine procedures including decompressions, fusions, and disc replacement
• manage preoperative preparation and postoperative care
• coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• maintain medical records
• participate in professional development, research, and teaching medical students and residents.
