What you'll do

• Supervise and assist employees by assigning and directing work, investigating issues, and resolving conflict
• train employees and reinforce safe work requirements
• use root cause analysis to identify corrective and preventive actions
• maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures
• recommend improvements to service, efficiency, crews, and equipment
• coordinate with other supervisors and internal departments
• maintain health, safety, food, and security standards, including GMP, HACCP, and SQF
• support company policies and the collective bargaining agreement.
