Maintenance Assistant

• Perform skilled and unskilled building maintenance and grounds tasks
• assist with electrical, plumbing, painting, and equipment maintenance
• collaborate with the supervisor and team on maintenance assignments
• use initiative and judgment to assist where needed
• complete activities and tasks as directed by the supervisor
• help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
