What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with manufacturer warranty representatives
• review warranty repair orders for accuracy and completeness
• enter labor and failure codes and required administrative data
• check service history for duplicate claims
• monitor special warranty programs
• prepare rejected claims for resubmission
• contact representatives for special authorization
• track submitted, returned, rejected, and paid claims
• control parts inventory subject to return, inspection, or scrapping.
