Lead Substation Project Engineer

The Lead Substation Project Engineer is an onsite role based in Framingham, MA, with a salary range of $107,900 to $195,050 per year. This position supports the Leidos Power Delivery Services Team. The role is responsible for the full project lifecycle of substation physical and protection and control (P&C) designs. The engineer will lead design efforts, perform quality control, and ensure all projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements while adhering to National Electrical Safety Code standards.

What you'll do

• Execute substation physical and P&C projects
• perform quality control on design projects
• create and review one-line, three-line, schematic, wiring, and grounding drawings
• manage bills of materials
• provide project lifecycle support
• ensure compliance with National Electrical Safety Code
• collaborate with designers and CAD technicians.
