What you'll do

• Operate fryers, grills, and ranges
• prepare, season, and garnish food from scratch
• follow portion, ingredient, cooking, presentation, food safety, and sanitation standards
• maintain and stock the kitchen line
• clean and inspect food preparation areas and equipment
• attend employee meetings and training.
