What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage associates
• oversee customer experience and resolve issues
• manage assets, routing, driver assignments, and schedules
• maintain safe and organized storage centers
• coordinate equipment repairs
• ensure DOT, OSHA, and local compliance
• manage petty cash and parts inventory
• travel frequently to storage centers throughout the territory.
