CT Multi-Modality Technologist

Job overview

CT Multi-Modality Technologist in Spruce Pine, NC. This is an onsite position. Compensation is not specified. This role exists to perform multi-modality imaging procedures, including Diagnostic, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound, as directed by department managers. The technologist will operate complex imaging equipment, assist physicians, and maintain sterile techniques when necessary.

What you'll do

• Performs invasive and non-invasive procedures on a variety of patients per the needs of the modality/department
• Operates complex imaging equipment and assist physicians as necessary
• Maintains sterile techniques, if necessary
• Performs all duties relating to the specific primary and post primary imaging modalities in which they are working. This includes Diagnostic, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound. Mammography & Bone Densitometry.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an accredited Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JCERT) program

Experience

Previous experience in a multi-disciplined Radiology Department
