Provides professional nursing care for residents; administers medications or treatments as ordered; documents resident interactions and outcomes; establishes and maintains effective working relationships; communicates clearly and maintains confidentiality; counsels residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans; performs other related duties as assigned.
