What you'll do

• Build and maintain a site pipeline through broker networks and direct sourcing
• conduct outreach, tours, and meetings
• develop territory plans and forecasts
• negotiate letters of intent and definitive agreements with Legal
• secure site rights and protections
• drive early diligence on zoning, access, utilities, title, environmental risks, and constructability
• maintain CRM records and report pipeline status
• improve acquisition processes
• maintain site-host relationships after signature.
