The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is currently fully remote, serving children and families throughout Georgia. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, up to $93 per hour. BK Behavior provides Applied Behavior Analysis services and clinical support to its clinicians.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise and guide behavior technicians
• monitor client progress and adjust plans
• collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and clinical standards.
