What you'll do

• Develop schedules and supervise Cooks and Culinary Assistants
• participate in hiring, training, and discipline
• conduct in-service training and performance reviews
• plan menus, prepare and serve food, and maintain presentation quality
• cook up to four days per week and develop changes to the full-service “Anytime” menu
• manage food and supply inventory, ordering, and costs
• ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
• assist with emergency response and fill in for kitchen staff as needed.
