Early Learning Division Officer

What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to Early Learning programs
• monitor regulatory compliance and quality assurance
• assess community trends and program growth opportunities
• design or adjust programs and seek funding
• collaborate with the Board, Policy Council, and leadership
• liaise with Head Start and Ohio education and funding entities
• supervise program management staff
• work with the fiscal office on budgets, financial goals, and expenditures.
