Purchasing Specialist

What you'll do

• Prepare and process purchase orders
• track and expedite orders and issue change orders
• maintain records of goods ordered and received
• coordinate shipping and receiving and ground, sea, and air logistics
• identify approved vendors and compare availability and terms
• review quotations, contracts, bids, and specifications
• resolve billing discrepancies
• create part numbers for drawings and new items.
