Patient Liaison

What you'll do

• Manage waiting-room functions and the sign-in sheet
• direct patients to patient service representatives based on appointment times or needs
• assist patients in the waiting room
• coordinate late arrivals and delays with staff
• receive and communicate patient feedback, complaints, and compliments
• help resolve complaints and identify alternatives
• investigate feedback with managers and supervisors
• support workflow improvement and follow-up.
