IT Break/Fix Hardware Technician

Job overview

The IT Break/Fix Hardware Technician role is onsite at customer locations in the Pearl area and surrounding communities, with project-based, as-needed scheduling. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Repair desktop, laptop, and workstation hardware
• replace defective components and peripherals
• perform equipment swaps, upgrades, and installations
• troubleshoot basic hardware connectivity issues
• test equipment and confirm operation
• document work, parts, and equipment information
• provide customer service at each site
• follow company and customer procedures
• travel to customer locations.
