Showroom Coordinator

The Showroom Coordinator role is an onsite, full-time position in Loveland, CO. Pay is $25–$28 per hour, plus 5% commission on sales closed and a discretionary year-end bonus. Behind the Design is a home improvement company serving homeowners across Northern Colorado, with in-house installation crews. The coordinator serves as a central contact for clients and keeps showroom, office, and installation scheduling organized. By managing customer communication, project paperwork, billing, materials, and installer calendars, the role helps projects move from initial inquiry through installation and invoicing.

What you'll do

• Greet walk-in clients and appointments, show product samples, answer questions, and occasionally close sales
• schedule installations and manage installer calendars
• answer calls and emails and provide project updates
• follow up with leads
• prepare contracts in DocuSign
• handle invoicing and billing in QuickBooks
• receive deliveries, organize inventory, and maintain the showroom.
