What you'll do

• Own dealer inventory retail processes and improve forecasting, lead times, service-level alignment, and inventory performance
• respond to dealer support inquiries
• coach and train dealers and sales staff
• update training materials
• conduct business reviews
• monitor dealer performance indicators
• analyze deviations and root causes
• report on KPI improvement and adoption
• and participate in system enablement, parameter reviews, and continuous improvement.
