The Senior Learning and Development Program Manager, Manager Programs role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $160,000–$195,000 per year, plus bonus; restricted stock units are included in offers. The role supports Crusoe’s global manager development program and its mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. The manager develops and operates a global development program that equips leaders to scale with Crusoe’s growth. The work combines program strategy and hands-on facilitation, learning-journey design, cross-functional partnership, and measurement of program effectiveness; travel to global offices, manufacturing sites, and data centers is approximately 25%.

What you'll do

• Facilitate and evolve the Manager Program (Manager Bootcamp)
• build an end-to-end manager development journey
• partner with People, Talent Development, senior leaders, and internal teams on modular and team-specific tracks
• create measurement frameworks and feedback loops to evaluate effectiveness and track leadership metrics
• collaborate with People, IT, Workplace, and business leaders to deliver manager experiences.
