Manufacturing Operations Line Captain

What you'll do

• Direct daily production to meet schedule, output, and quality goals
• coordinate priorities with support teams and line personnel
• confirm materials and inventory for current and upcoming work orders
• balance staffing and resources
• onboard, orient, and train team members
• coach performance and raise production concerns
• enforce safety policies
• manage SAP inventory transactions
• maintain clean and organized production areas
• coordinate changeovers and basic equipment setup and troubleshooting, including coding and labeling systems
• replenish supplies
• support rework and reconditioning as needed.

Why this role
