Asset Recovery Manager

What you'll do

• Direct voluntary surrender and involuntary repossession operations
• lead and schedule repossession personnel
• coordinate outside recovery vendors
• manage assignments through completion
• ensure recovered vehicles are secured, photographed, inventoried, and documented
• oversee vehicle movement across departments
• monitor timelines, costs, inventory aging, vendor performance, and productivity
• ensure compliance
• manage customer escalations
• identify operational risks and improve processes
• oversee repossession vehicle DOT, ELD, GPS, and maintenance requirements.
