The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst role is onsite in Seattle, WA; compensation is $125,000–$140,000 per year. The role is within Prenuvo's clinical engineering team. Prenuvo's mission is to shift healthcare from reactive care to proactive care through whole-body scans and patient-centered clinics. The analyst maps and improves cross-functional workflows, aligns stakeholders, and develops Salesforce solutions using no-code platform capabilities. The role helps standardize operations and improve efficiency and customer experience across Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering.

What you'll do

• Lead process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization
• develop process maps and work instructions
• identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities
• establish process governance
• deliver Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud functionality through production deployment and adoption
• facilitate stakeholder workshops
• develop KPIs and SLAs
• conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
