Offset Press Operator

The Offset Press Operator role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, IA, with compensation of $20–$28 per hour. Innovairre Communications provides direct marketing and print production services for nonprofit organizations, agencies, and commercial clients. This role operates and maintains an offset press to produce high-quality printed materials, meet production schedules, and fulfill client expectations. The operator prepares jobs, monitors print quality, makes equipment adjustments, and coordinates production handoffs.

What you'll do

• Set up the press, load plates, adjust ink and water balance, and monitor print quality during production runs. Change plates, blankets, and cylinders
• clean ink fountains and plates
• adjust and recalibrate equipment
• and perform routine maintenance. Track job counts, make-readies, and waste
• report quality issues to the Team Lead
• communicate production status during shift transitions
• and follow safety procedures.
